一、關於本工具

MOG_Threads_tool 是墨格國際設計（MOG Interior Design）內部使用的行銷輔助工具，僅由本公司負責人兼設計總監（同時為本工具之唯一開發者與使用者）操作，用於連結單一 Threads 帳號（@jason_mog_tw）。本工具不對外提供服務，亦不供其他任何第三方使用或存取。

二、我們如何使用透過 Threads API 取得的資料

本工具透過 Meta Threads API 取得以下範圍的資料，僅用於下列用途：

• 帳號基本資料（threads_basic）：確認目前串接的 Threads 帳號身分（用戶名稱、帳號 ID），作為使用其他功能前的身分確認基礎。

• 關鍵字搜尋（threads_keyword_search）：每週以固定關鍵字清單搜尋 Threads 上的公開貼文，協助找出可能對本公司服務有興趣的用戶輪廓，供本公司負責人後續人工篩選、真誠回覆使用。

• 回覆管理（threads_manage_replies）：在本公司負責人本人親自撰寫、審核回覆內容後，透過本工具將回覆發布至 Threads。所有發布內容均經過人工核准，不存在未經審核即自動發布的情形。

• 留言讀取（threads_read_replies）：讀取本公司官方 Threads 帳號自己發布之貼文所收到的留言，讓負責人能及時看到用戶互動與詢問。

三、資料的儲存與分享

本工具所取得之資料僅儲存於必要期間內，用於上述用途，不會出售、出租或分享予任何第三方，亦不用於本說明範圍以外之目的。本工具沒有委託任何外部資料處理者或供應商存取上述資料；所有資料均由墨格國際設計負責人本人以個人身分直接存取與管理。

1. About This Tool

MOG_Threads_tool is an internal marketing tool used exclusively by MOG Interior Design. It is operated solely by the company's founder and design director, who is also the sole developer and user of this tool, and it is connected to a single Threads account (@jason_mog_tw). This tool is not offered to the public and is not accessed or used by any other third party.

2. How We Use Data Obtained Through the Threads API

This tool retrieves the following categories of data through the Meta Threads API, used solely for the purposes described below:

• Basic account information (threads_basic): Confirms the identity of the connected Threads account (username, account ID), serving as the identity basis before using any other feature.

• Keyword search (threads_keyword_search): Searches public Threads posts on a weekly basis using a fixed keyword list, to help identify user profiles that may be interested in our services. Results are manually reviewed and filtered by the company's founder before any genuine, individually-written outreach.

• Reply management (threads_manage_replies): Publishes replies to Threads only after the company's founder has personally written and reviewed the reply content. All published content is manually approved; nothing is posted automatically without human review.

• Reply reading (threads_read_replies): Reads comments received on posts published by our official Threads account, allowing the founder to see user engagement and inquiries in a timely manner.

3. Data Storage and Sharing

Data obtained through this tool is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes above. It is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and is never used for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy. This tool does not engage any external data processor or vendor to access the data described above; all data is accessed and managed directly, in a personal capacity, by the founder of MOG Interior Design.
